International Traveller does not want you to know that the 28" luggage weighs a whopping 14.1#. Many comanies make luggage this size for under 10#. The maximum allowable weight for a checked piece of luggage, without paying an extra fee, is 50#. The carry-on luggage weighs 8#, which is not an issue.
